Build online authority people can verify

Practical ways to support your claims with useful evidence.

Make your business information consistent

Use accurate names, service descriptions, locations and contact details across your own pages and relevant profiles. Explain who is responsible for expert content. Only publish credentials and affiliations you can verify.

Publish something worth referencing

Original research, clear technical explanations and firsthand expertise can help readers evaluate your business. Explain the method and limitations behind a claim. A useful, maintained page is a stronger foundation than a high volume of interchangeable articles.

Earn relevant coverage

Offer informed commentary to relevant publications and professional communities. Focus on usefulness and relevance. Do not buy deceptive endorsements, manufacture reviews or present paid placements as independent coverage. No particular mention guarantees a citation from an AI platform.

Keep the evidence current

Review dated claims, broken source links and changing product capabilities. Get permission before publishing client names or results. When you show performance, include the date range, source and attribution limits so readers can judge the evidence.

These guides distinguish practical recommendations from platform guarantees. Start with the platforms’ own documentation.
