Privacy notice

When you request an audit, AEOHub uses the information you provide to evaluate your request, prepare relevant recommendations and contact you about next steps.

Information you provide

The request includes your name, email, website, business category, objective and consent. You may also provide a company name, phone number and message. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Request context and security

We may record campaign source, campaign medium, campaign name and the referring landing page to understand how requests reach us. Our server validates submissions. A pseudonymous network identifier may be used for short-term abuse prevention. Hosting providers may process technical request logs.

Where information is stored

Accepted requests are sent through Google Apps Script into a private Google Sheet controlled by the business operator. Google and the configured website host process information to provide these services. Access should be restricted to authorized people handling requests. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Browser storage

Local storage remembers your selected light or dark theme. Session storage keeps campaign context during navigation. These features do not require advertising cookies. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated.

Retention and your choices

Audit requests should be kept only as long as necessary for responding and legitimate business recordkeeping. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable requirements, by using the audit contact route and specifying your privacy request.

Before this notice is published

The business operator must confirm its legal identity, privacy contact, jurisdiction, retention period, hosting provider and any international transfer disclosures before launch. This notice describes the implemented request flow and requires operator review before the website is made public.
